Paint Technician
Location: Nashville TN

About the role:

Painters on Demand is looking for skilled Paint Technicians to join our Nashville team! The ideal candidates are painting professionals with the highest standards and levels of professionalism with experience in commercial, industrial, and/or institutional painting. Candidates should display a proactive, positive attitude and perform all job functions as described below.

Responsibilities:

  • Painting, drywall and texture repairs, caulking, wallpaper removal, etc.

  • Knowledge of using hand tools (putty knives, razor knives, scraper, etc.)

  • Coordinating and executing painting jobs as per the Scope of Work

  • Ensuring Quality Assurance on all job sites

  • Maintaining equipment and tools such as compressors, hoses, spray guns, brushes, etc.

  • Assist with paint pickups; ability to drive and maintain tidiness of company vehicle

  • Provide accurate and timely communications to ensure all activities execute as planned

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years painting experience

  • Valid drivers' license

  • Ability to handle physical work and Florida's climate

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including night shifts and weekends (when necessary)

  • Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and is self-motivated

  • Quality conscious and detail-oriented

  • Background and Drug Test Required

  • OSHA certified is a plus

We are looking for an Account Manager Assistant to help cultivate long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager Assistant’s Role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities. Account Managers Assistant answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. This position may require occasional travel. If you are familiar with account management software (CRM), have a flair for client communication and understand consumer behavior, we’d like to meet you. Ideally, candidates for this role will know how to meet ambitious individual and team-wide sales quotas. Ultimately, a successful Account Manager Assistant should collaborate with our sales team to achieve quotas while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services in the long-run.

 

Responsibilities

  • Aid the Account Manager with all customer account management matters.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

Skills

  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role.

  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.

  • Solid experience with CRM software.

  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.

  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.

  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
